组别设置及参赛费用
Groups & Fees
所有组别接受车队、个人报名。车队报名车手数不低于4人、不超过8人。
Teams and individuals are accepted to enter all groups. Each team should consist minimum 4 riders and maximum 8.
精英组：年龄不限，选手需赛前向主办方申请参赛执照并提交往年成绩记录，主办方经审核通过后方可参赛

Elite Group:No age limit. The rider should apply for a license issued by the
organizer and submit his/her scores in past years. He/she can only
attend the race with the permission of the organizer.
女子组：年龄不限。
Women Group:No age limit.
U25组：年龄限制16-24周岁。
U25 Group:Age 16-24.
U35组：年龄限制25-34周岁。
U35 Group:Age 25-34.
大师组：年龄限制35以上周岁
Masters Group: Age above 35.
高校男子组：年龄不限。须提供高校在校证明。
College Men Group:No age limit. The rider should provide his student certificate.
ü  备注：车队成员需参赛选手全员都符合所报名组别要求方可报名
ü Remarks: A team is allowed to enroll only that all members in the team meet the requirement of the group.

全日比赛报名费用30元/人
精英组选手免报名费
Entry fee is RMB30/person.
Riders in the Elite Group is free of charge.

The entry fee includes:

ü  A race package includes a piece of number cloth & a number plate.

1、选手可任意组合报名参加一组。彩蛋双人计时赛名次不记录总积分成绩。
2、彩蛋双人计时赛每组限报20对，额满即止。
3、彩蛋双人计时赛采取双人计时赛发车方式。
4、录取排名以每对第二人过线成绩计算。

赛事说明Notices:
1、斯柯达HEROS中国自行车系列赛为公路系列赛事，器材要求使用700C、650C规格弯把公路车型。大组赛禁止使用计时赛车及TT把等附加配件。
1. SKODA HEROS China Bicycle Race Series are road bike events. Riders should use 700C & 650C road bikes. Time Trial bikes and accessories like TT bars are prohibited in group race.
2、本比赛适用现有的UCI竞赛规则，但裁判可以根据业余比赛的特殊情况特殊处理。裁判可以给予警告、终止比赛判罚。裁判组可以讨论投票决定给予选手罚秒、取消比赛成绩等判罚。
具体处罚
a)       冲刺时未能保持原骑行路线并影响他人的——完赛排名降3位
b)       拉扯他人赛衣的——以该赛段所在组别最后一名成绩排名
c)       超近道——取消成绩
d)       欺骗行为——取消赛段成绩+禁赛一场
e)       不遵从主办方或总裁指示——总成绩扣除1000积分
f)       暴力行为——全年禁赛
2. This race is applied to the UCI regulations, however,referees could deal it as a special case in this amateur competition.Referees could give penalty like warning or stop racing.Referee group could discuss and vote to decide how to punish a transgressor, to give penalty seconds or to cancel his/her scores, etc..Details are:
a) The rider does not keep the previous way and affects others in sprint laps.--Penalty:his/her ranking will be dropped by 3 place finally.
b) Pulling other’s sportswear--Penalty:he/she will be punished to take the last place of the group in this race stage.
c) Taking the short way--Penalty: cancel his/her score.
d) Cheating--Penalty: cancel his/her score in this race and give him/her a one-match ban.
e) Don’t follow the instructions of the organizer or the chief referee--Penalty: deduct his/her total score by 1000 points.
f) Violence--Penalty: a one-year ban.
3、赛事现场设仲裁处作为现场选手对成绩、犯规、判罚等事项仲裁需求唯一受理点。
3. There will be a court of arbitration in the place to accept and hear cases raised by riders once they query their scores,foul,penalty and so on.
4、斯柯达HEROS中国自行车系列赛作以亲近自然，绿色骑行为办赛理念，为使我们的赛事环境日趋文明美丽提出以下环保倡议——
运动员在赛事期间不得乱抛垃圾，运动员须将空水壶，剩余补给品，包装等物品交回所在车队或补给站工作人员或主办方所设垃圾收集点。
4. Skoda HEROS China Bicycle Race Series hold the concept of Close to the nature & Green cycling. In order to get our race environment more and more beautiful and civilized, we propose--
All riders please don’t drop litter during the race. Empty bottles, remaining supplies,wrapper etc.should be handed in to the workers in the team or supply stations,or dropped into the recycle bin.

Yellow Jersey-- for the cyclist of Elite Group who gets the highest score in HEROS.
红色领骑衫——U25组，个人HEROS总积分排名第一的车手
Red Jersey-- for the cyclist of U25 Group who gets the highest score in HEROS.

蓝色领骑衫——U35组，个人HEROS总积分排名第一的车手
BlueJersey-- for the cyclist of U35 Group who gets the highest score in HEROS.

灰色领骑衫——大师组，个人HEROS总积分排名第一的车手
Grey Jersey-- for the cyclist of Masters Group who gets the highest score in HEROS.
粉色领骑衫——女子组，个人HEROS总积分排名第一的车手

我们会有人工审核过程，请在线报名时请尽量提供以往比赛信息，否则可能无法通过注册。
We’ll have some person to review all the registrations. Please provide your participating information of bicycle races in the past, otherwise your registration might be refused.
赛事包领取：How to get the race package
比赛日现场领取，请携带好有效身份证件以供核对.
You may get the race package at the game site on the racing day. Please bring along your valid ID for checking.
l  若已参加过HEROS比赛拥有HEROS执照信息，赛事包可以他人代为领取。
l  If you have ever entered HEROS races and have HEROS license, your race packet is allowed to collect by someone else.
l 赛事包必须本人亲自领取。
l If you have never attended HEROS races, you must get the race packet yourself.
l 赛事提供号码布及号码牌。领取赛事包不收取费用
l 现场请携带200元押金用于租借计时芯片，赛后凭芯片及芯片基座退还。
l  A returnable deposit of RMB200 is requested when you rent the time chip. It will be returned after the race.
